These terms are an agreement between you and Stellaok, the operator of https://stellaok.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Using the site

You may read, link to and share our articles for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, not to access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on our servers, and not to use it for anything unlawful.

Scraping the site to republish our articles, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted. Nor is using our content to train machine learning models without written permission.

2. Intellectual property

All text, layout, graphics and the Stellaok name and logo are owned by Stellaok or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the original article is fine. Reproducing a full article is not.

Third-party material appearing on the site, including images supplied by companies and screenshots of their products, remains the property of its owners and is used for reporting and commentary. If you hold rights in material published here and believe it has been used improperly, write to contact@stellaok.com with the article URL and details, and we will review it promptly.

3. No professional advice

Our finance coverage reports on markets and companies. It is journalism, not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Our software and gaming coverage is not technical, legal or purchasing advice. Decide for yourself, and take professional advice where it matters.

4. Accuracy and updates

We try to be accurate, and we correct mistakes. Even so, articles describe a situation at a point in time and can be overtaken by events. The date shown on a piece is when it was last filed. We give no warranty that the site or its content is complete, current or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" basis.

5. Advertising

The site carries advertising served by third parties, including Google. Advertisements are labelled and are separate from editorial content. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services or claims of advertisers, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellaok is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything you rely on from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law and contact
